the for documents needed to refund a security deposit to a past resident:
1. 1st page of the lease reflecting security deposit
2. move out inspection signed by resident with charges
3. final bill from argen.
4. Statement of Deposit Account completed- circle amount to be refunded and have a manager sign and date it.
Email these documents to Ursula within 5 days of move out.
